DAY 1 Pick-up at Rome Airport and drop-off to the Hotel

BENVENUTO, WELCOME TO ROME! After your arrival at Rome Airport, our driver will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. CHECK IN at the hotel and enjoy some time for relaxation after your long journey to the “Eternal City”. DAY 2 Full-day Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, St. Clemente Basilica, and its axcavations tour with private guide

ENJOY BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL. After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to the Vatican Museums. Here you will be met by our expert guide who will lead you through the works of art, of the VATICAN MUSEUMS. Vatican Museums is a unique experience that must be experienced at least once in a lifetime. This visit is a long and interesting trip that will fill you with emotions through more than twenty centuries of history and art. Next we will visit THE SISTINE CHAPEL, including the rooms of Raphael and the art gallery Pinacoteca (just a small part of their extensive priceless collection). The Sistine Chapel is a must-see for your trip, as the site draws more than 5 million visitors per year (more than the population of Norway!). Last but not least, visit the ST. PETER’S BASILICA, the largest church in the world. The basilica which is home to the Holy See and considered the most important religious temple of the Catholicism. After the morning tour, you will have leisure time to explore the city center. In the afternoon you will visit the Basilica of San Clemente. You will discover 2000 years of history when you visit the Basilica of San Clemente. Admire the spectacular mosaics and frescoes. Travel back in time to explore the Basilica of the fourth century and then descend into the world of Rome in the first century where there is still a pagan temple. After the tour, you will reach the hotel on your own (we recommend to catch a taxi). DAY 3 Ciociaria Region experience: art and tastes

ENJOY BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL. After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to a little village nestled in the heart of CIOCIARIA REGION. We will have a private tour of a cheese factory founded in 1933. Nestled at the foot of the Lepini Mounts, an ancient manor house still houses the cheese factory today. The hallmark of the factory is the Gran Cacio cheese. In the past, this cheese was of little commercial or economic interest; in fact, it was produced during periods of excess milk and was seasoned so it wouldn’t spoil as quickly. This gave it an unforgettable, unique flavor. Today, the Gran Cacio cheese is considered by many a small gastronomic jewel, handed down from generation to generation, increasing the exquisitely cultural value of the territory. After the tour, we will enjoy lunch at the gastronomic osteria that is part of the cheese factory. Your lunch will be a sandwich, but not your typical sandwich...The PANINO CIOCIARO is a gourmet experience to savor the agricultural history and culinary traditions of this part of Ciociaria Region stretching from the Lepini Mounts up to the Amaseno Valley. The Panino Ciociaro (sandwich of Ciociaria Region) includes a selection of gastronomic products like bread, cheese, sausages, and extra virgin olive oil coming from the immediately surrounding area This will be a mouthwatering experience you cannot miss! After lunch you will be transferred to ANAGNI, a magnificent town that stretches along the ridge of a long hill overlooking the Valley of Latini (or Sacco Valley) at the foot of the Ernici mountains. Here, you will be met by our expert guide who will lead you through the beauties of the so-called “City of Popes.” You will walk the medieval streets of the town and visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria—considered to be one of the best preserved examples of Romanesque art in central and southern Italy—and the Crypt of St. Magnus, also known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Middle Ages”. DAY 4 Pick-up in Rome and tranfer to Abruzzo, authentic hands-on cooking class experience

BREAKFAST AND CHECK OUT FROM THE HOTEL. After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to ABRUZZO REGION (transfer time: approx. 2h and 30 min.). CHECK IN at your accommodation and welcome lunch. We will spend the afternoon cooking together in the antique kitchen. You will learn the secrets of the most AUTHENTIC ITALIAN CUISINE and will have fun while making hand-made pasta, some appetizers and traditional cakes. The cooking class reflects the authentic flavors of Abruzzo, and the dishes usually vary according to the season. Only fresh and high quality ingredients are used during the cooking class. The cooking class if followed by a dinner where we will taste the dishes prepared during the cooking class. Would you like to cook pizza the traditional way in the wood oven? DAY 5  Wine tasting and historical tour

After having breakfast at your accommodation, we will spend the morning visiting a WINERY where you will have the unique opportunity to taste some of the most renowned Italian wines during a special lunch. In the afternoon we will reach CIVITELLA DEL TRONTO, a charming village characterized by the old stone houses and the impressive Bourbon fortress, the largest in Italy and the second in Europe. DAY 6  Truffle hunting experience

The hunt will be followed by a scrumptious truffle-based lunch at a local restaurant in CAMPLI, a charming village included in the exclusive Club of Italy's Most Beautiful Villages. The enchanting village is a little jewel nestled in the hills which offers a unique mix of history, art and religious worship. DAY 7 Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, transfer to Rome

BREAKFAST AND CHECK OUT FROM YOUR ACCOMMODATION. Traveling back from Abruzzo to Rome you will have the chance to stop over in one of the most beautiful areas of Abruzzo, in the Gran Sasso National Park. An area of historical and naturalistic importance, where famous movies like "Lady Hawke" and "The Name of the Rose" have been filmed. The first stop is SANTO STEFANO DI SESSANIO, a beautiful restored Medieval village, included in the exclusive Club "I Borghi più Belli d'Italia", where time seems to stand still. Visiting this area of Italy is like taking a step back in time. The tour continues in CALASCIO, with its famous castle dating back to 11th century. Built at 1460 mt above the sea level, the catle is the highest fortification in Italy. In Calascio you will be delighted by a unique picnic lunch with amazing views of the surrounding mountains.   -In case of refund, the refund costs will be charged to the customer.

  CONDITIONS & TERMS:

•  In case of cancellation after the booking, the organizer will keep the amount equal to 25% of the price referred to Article. 6, paid pursuant to art. 5 and can hold an additional sum equal to 5% of the price paid, as penalty for the reimbursement of the cost of individual practice management, cost of insurance coverage required at the time of conclusion of the contract or other services already given, except, in each case, the claim of the major damage pursuant to Art. 1382, paragraph 1, of Civil Code;

• in case of withdrawal from 30 days to day of departure an amount equal to

  100% of the price paid will be retained to the tourist.

• It is, however, expressly excluded - pursuant to art. 32, paragraph 2, Code of

  tourism - the right of withdrawal of the customer as provided for in Art. 64 and ss. Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
